An individual, by submitting a request on the website http://truedevops.io/ through any forms on the site, acting freely, of his/her own will and in his/her own interest, and also confirming his/her legal capacity, gives his/her consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the “Consent”) to C‑PRO LLC (INN 5406849860, sales@seadox.pro), which owns the website http://truedevops.io/ and is registered at 46 Deputatskaya St., premises 4041, Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk Region, 630099, under the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use.

2. The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of mine: personal data that do not belong to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data: email address; name; mobile phone number.

3. Purpose of personal data processing: discussion of a potential project.

4. The following actions will be performed with the personal data in the course of processing: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.

5. Third parties processing personal data on behalf of C‑PRO LLC for the purpose specified in this Consent:

6. Personal data are processed for 30 days from the moment of refusal to further discuss the project or from the moment a decision is made to conclude a contract for the project in accordance with Part 4 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ, whichever occurs earlier.

7. The Consent may be revoked by you or your representative by sending C‑PRO LLC a written statement or an electronic statement signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.

8. In the event that you or your representative revoke the Consent, C‑PRO LLC has the right to continue processing the personal data without such Consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.

9. This Consent remains valid for the entire period until the termination of processing of the personal data specified in clauses 6 and 7 of this Consent.
